User is currently connected from another machine (ARERR 9093) - For Restricted Read User

I am getting this error, "User is currently connected from another machine (ARERR 9093)" with an user id having Restricted Read access.

 

Restricted Read users should be able to access Remedy and submit requests, regardless the number of systems they have logged in.

 

But in this scenario, i have logged into two machines with the same id(with Restricted Read) license. While trying to submit a request i am getting the above error.

 

Remedy version is 7.0

 

Is it a bug with this version?
